LIBBY & MY is a small but mighty team! Online orders typically ship out the next business day (Monday- Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays but will always try our best to get things out the door for you ASAP!
Remember we are a small business, not Amazon. We always appreciate your orders, patience, and understanding.
LIBBY & MY is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages after it has been marked delivered. If this occurs, you will need to report to the claims process with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Unfortunately, we are not offering international shipping at this time. Please stay tuned as we expand!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit. You must first email us for approval on the credit (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the return items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, (unworn, unused, unblemished, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, in original packaging, not damaged in return shipping). Shipping fees are non refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Our return shipping address is below.
All sale items, clothing, candles, skincare, food, jewelry, and vintage items are final sale.
If your item arrives damaged, or we made a mistake and sent the wrong item to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will offer you a full refund, or an exchange free of shipping fees.

We do not offer a warranty on these items and will do our best to put descriptions in each listing. We do not offer returns on vintage items.
